Based in Connecticut and armed with a master’s degree in Broadcast & Digital Journalism from Syracuse University, I merge a newsroom foundation with modern, high-impact digital storytelling. My travel content has earned more than 20 million organic views across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, connecting audiences and brands through authentic, hook-driven stories.

NBC Sports

In the summer of 2024, Krystin Lilly interned with NBCUniversal as a commercial operations intern for the Paris Olympics. Working on the Telemundo and Peacock teams, she was responsible for calling live commercial breaks and inserting ads in real time during Olympic broadcasts, ensuring that each placement aligned with both programming and sponsor requirements.  Lilly’s efforts helped support Peacock’s record-breaking coverage of the Paris Games, which became the most comprehensive Olympic streaming destination in U.S. media history.

During the internship, she gained hands-on experience with high-volume digital workflows, monitored live ad delivery, and coordinated with multiple production units to ensure seamless viewer experiences across platforms. She also observed the fast-paced environment of global sports broadcasting, strengthening her skills in cross-platform content strategy, problem solving and real-time decision making. The role deepened her understanding of large-scale media operations and affirmed her passion for creating engaging, high-quality digital content.
